TWELVE-WAY FOUNDATION
Phase 3 (over 6 Months)

For those that remain with us more than six months:

 

  • Must make required meetings.
  • Must have a sponsor and working the steps.
  • Develop leadership skills by leading clean teams and orientation classes
  • Initial plans for transition back into community.
  • Weekend pass allowed 8pm Friday to 5 pm Sunday approved by director.
  • Must use sign out board
  • Bi-monthly evaluations.
